Return & Refund Information

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Lighting fixtures that have been mounted or wired are not eligible for return.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will cover return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
