All payments are processed securely at checkout. The payment method you use at checkout must match one of the options listed above.
Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The total amount payable is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If your card issuer operates in a different currency, any exchange rates or foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution. Pure Pulses is not responsible for such additional charges.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed through Shopify Payments. Pure Pulses does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
Payment Authorisation & Order Confirmation
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorised. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us using the details below.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed and no charge will be captured. Please verify that your billing details and card information are entered correctly and that sufficient funds are available. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly.
Pricing Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to perform verification checks, delay, or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any captured payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
