At Pure Pulses, we aim to make the delivery process as clear and predictable as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Shipping Location
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM AET on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

All timeframes are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak order volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days from the time of placing your order for tracking information to become active.
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided in your email or through our Track Order page on the website.
If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to carrier operational disruptions, severe weather, high order volumes during peak seasons, or incorrect shipping information.
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of your estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will coordinate with Australia Post to locate your shipment.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
A package may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 8 business days after the estimated delivery window and after this has been confirmed with Australia Post. In such cases, we will arrange a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Pure Pulses remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays or non-delivery. In such cases, Pure Pulses cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the steps to follow.
